If you are travelling abroad, you may need to be vaccinated.
Please contact our reception team who will provide you with a travel health questionnaire. It is important that the completed questionnaire is handed into the surgery at least 8 weeks before you are due to travel so that vaccines can be ordered. Once the practice nurse has reviewed your travel health questionnaire, they will contact you to arrange an appointment to receive the vaccinations.
Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription which cost more than the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
